BT393 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player" or "user") and bt393 ("the platform", "we", "us") regarding your access to and use of the bt393 website at bt393.app, any associated mobile applications and all services offered through those channels.

By creating an account, depositing funds, logging into the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. You also confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bt393.

These Terms apply to all sections of the bt393 platform including the casino, live casino, slot games, bingo rooms and any promotional features. Additional game-specific rules may apply to particular products within the platform — where they exist, those rules are displayed in the relevant game or section and should be read alongside these general Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use bt393 you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

3. Account Registration & Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on bt393. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person — based on matching personal details, device identifiers, payment methods or IP addresses — bt393 reserves the right to close all but the original account and to apply any applicable rules on bonus misuse to funds held in those accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your bt393 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. bt393 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other unsolicited communication. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bt393 support immediately.

Account details including your registered name, date of birth and national ID number cannot be changed after verification is complete. If a genuine error was made during registration, contact support to request a correction — supporting documentation will be required.

bt393 accounts are for personal use by the account holder only. You must not allow any other person to access, deposit into, place bets through or withdraw from your account on your behalf.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits and account balances at bt393 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Raast — bank-linked instant payment, 1–5 minutes
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — standard interbank transfer, 1–24 hours

bt393 does not charge fees on deposits from our side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside bt393's control and are your responsibility to check before transacting.

Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are shown on the Deposit page within your bt393 account. bt393 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in the same name as your bt393 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

bt393 processes all deposits over encrypted connections. Your payment credentials are handled directly by the respective payment provider and are not stored on bt393 servers.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your original deposit, up to the value of that deposit. This policy exists in line with standard anti-money-laundering requirements. Where a withdrawal amount exceeds the original deposited amount, bt393 may process the excess portion via an alternative verified method at its discretion.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your bt393 account. Processing times depend on the selected method and are provided as estimates — actual times may vary, particularly for bank transfer during non-banking hours.

Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment verification. If your account has not been fully verified, bt393 may hold a withdrawal request pending verification documents. Failure to provide documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being returned to your account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bt393 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload promotions and cricket/PSL-specific offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms — minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods and maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of the overall Terms.

Standard bonus conditions that apply across all bt393 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device.
• bt393 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity window. Expired unclaimed bonuses are forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• bt393 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and associated winnings if it identifies that a promotion has been abused or exploited, including through multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting patterns or coordinated play.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding the stated maximum during a bonus wagering period may result in bonus cancellation and voiding of related winnings.

7. Gameplay Rules

bt393 offers casino games, live casino tables, slot games and bingo rooms. Each game category operates under specific rules:

Slots and RNG Games: All slot games and random number generator (RNG) table games at bt393 use certified random number generation systems. The mathematical outcome of each game is independent of previous results. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are the long-term theoretical return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session.

Live Casino: Live casino games are broadcast in real time from monitored studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by actual physical actions (card deals, roulette wheel spins) and are not influenced by bt393 or the streaming provider. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, bt393 will resolve the round based on recorded game data at the point of disconnection. Where a result cannot be confirmed, the bet will be voided and stakes returned.

Bingo: Bingo ball draws use certified RNG systems. Auto-marking is applied to all purchased tickets. Prizes are distributed automatically at the conclusion of each game. If two or more tickets complete the same winning pattern on the same called number, the prize for that tier is shared equally between the winning tickets.

bt393 reserves the right to void a game or series of games and return stakes if a technical malfunction is identified that materially affected game outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bt393 platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to register an account using your personal details.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with bt393 games, the deposit flow or any other platform feature.
• Attempting to exploit glitches, errors or technical vulnerabilities in any bt393 game or feature. Any winnings from identified exploits will be voided.
• Using payment methods not belonging to you or depositing funds sourced from illegal activity.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games or any other multiplayer environment on bt393.
• Harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at bt393 support staff, dealers or other platform users.
• Accessing bt393 while under a self-exclusion arrangement previously requested by you.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

bt393 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or free from technical errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods and unplanned outages may occur.

bt393's liability to any player is limited to the return of confirmed wager stakes in the event of a verified technical failure that prevented a game from completing. bt393 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of expected winnings, or any other consequential loss arising from platform downtime, disconnection or game malfunctions beyond the scope outlined above.

12. Account Termination

You may close your bt393 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements and pending wagering obligations on any active bonus funds.

bt393 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time where a breach of these Terms is identified, or where required to do so for fraud prevention, security or compliance reasons. In cases of confirmed Terms violations, bt393 may forfeit account balances in whole or in part.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be considered dormant. bt393 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before any dormancy action is taken on the account balance.

13. Changes to These Terms

bt393 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and registered players will be notified via the platform or by email where feasible.

Your continued use of the bt393 platform after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
